Thank you to our many supporters for deciding to make a donation to Youth Without Shelter, and for making a commitment to the futures of homeless young people.  Your support is key to their success and, in fact, to their sense of hope.  Residents are always surprised when they meet YWS supporters, be they donors or volunteers.  They are surprised and touched to learn that someone out there is thinking of them.  And they gain a little more self-respect every time someone shows respect and care for them.

Every success story at YWS is hard won.  It takes a team of professionals and a staggering effort to turn a single young life around.  It takes a whole lot of hope and optimism and belief, as well as know-how, and sensitivity.  YWS is fortunate to have dedicated supporters who realize the reality of life on the street and the barriers that homeless youth face when trying to live independently and responsibly in society.
