Agreement between user and Youth Without Shelter (YWS): The YWS website is comprised of various web pages operated by YWS. The YWS website is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms and conditions contained herein. Your use of the YWS website constitutes your agreement to all such terms and conditions. YWS reserves the right to change the terms or conditions under which the YWS website is offered.
No unlawful or prohibited use: As a condition of your use of the YWS website, you warrant that you will not use the YWS website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms and conditions. You may not use the YWS website in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden or impair the YWS website or interfere with any other party’s use of the YWS website. YWS reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the YWS website and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice.
A tax receipt will be issued for gifts $15 and over. The receipt will be issued in the name of the donor (as such information is provided by the donor). YWS is not responsible for any third party internet links displayed on YWS’ website. Users will not use any of YWS’ website information/ images to solicit on behalf of, or as a ‘third party agent’ for, YWS without express permission from YWS.
